Transmission Network Services Sample Clauses

Transmission Network Services. (a) If at any time after the commencement date, as a result of a change in a relevant law, TasNetworks is required to provide to Network User any transmission network services then the parties will use reasonable endeavours (acting in good faith) to agree the required transmission network services to be provided to Network User for so long as TasNetworks is required under such relevant law to do so.

Transmission Network Services. (a) If at any time after the commencement date, as a result of a change in a relevant law, TasNetworks is required to provide to Network User any new transmission network service then TasNetworks may levy such charge for that transmission network service as is determined in accordance with the Rules or if the Rules do not provide a means for determining such charge then TasNetworks may levy a reasonable charge for such transmission network service (sufficient to cover its costs (including an allocation of overheads) of providing the transmission network service and provide a reasonable rate of return).

  • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Transmission Service Point-To-Point Transmission Service provided under Part II of the Tariff on a firm and non-firm basis.

  • Transmission encryption All data transmissions of County PHI or PI outside the secure internal network must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES. Encryption can be end to end at the network level, or the data files containing PHI can be encrypted. This requirement pertains to any type of PHI or PI in motion such as website access, file transfer, and E-Mail.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service (check if selected)

  • Telecommunications Services The offering of telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Transmission System The facilities controlled or operated by the Transmission Provider within the PJM Region that are used to provide transmission service under Part II and Part III of the Tariff.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Transmission System Operation The NTO shall be responsible for ensuring that all actions related to the operation, maintenance and modification of its facilities that are designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification are performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, all Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria, all operating instructions, ISO Tariffs, and ISO Procedures.

  • Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service “Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service” shall mean Point-To-Point Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and scheduled on an as-available basis and is subject to Curtailment or Interruption as set forth in Tariff, Part II, section 14.7. Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service is available on a stand-alone basis for periods ranging from one hour to one month. Non-Firm Sale:

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.
