TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA. 3.1. The Processor will process the personal data in countries inside the European Union. In addition, the Processor may transfer personal data to a country outside the European Union but only after receiving prior written approval for such transfer by the Controller. 3.2. Upon request, the Processor shall notify the Controller as to which country or countries the personal data will be processed in.

TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA. Electronic Personal Data shared between the HLO and any Partner will only be shared via a secure email solution which will be password protected. The password will only be shared via a separate email cover upon receipt of the other party confirming that they have received the first email containing Personal Data. Personal Data stored on physical media, including paper will only be shared by way of hand delivery or by tracked secure courier, requiring a signature. Any paper copies shared will be secured in an opaque secure envelope marked “restricted”. Whilst the Authority’s preferred method is via electronic means the Authority shall in certain circumstances if required to do so transmit Personal Data stored on physical media.

Any Personal Data sent by post or courier will be double enveloped, sealed, marked ‘Confidential’ on the outer envelope, sent recorded/tracked and include a return address. Personal Data may also be shared by way of hand delivery. Personal Data will only be transmitted in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation
TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATAThe Processor will not process the personal data in any countries outside the European Union. In the event that a need or purpose for processing data outside the European Union arises, the Processor shall notify the Controller in writing as to which country or countries the personal data will be processed in, and await explicit permission to do so.

The Processor is not permitted to provide Personal Data to Parties other than the Controller, except for a legal obligation or for the Agreement with the Controller. 6.2. If the Processor has to provide Personal Data for a legal obligation, the Processor will: o verify the basis of the request and the identity of the requester and inform the Controller of this matter before the provision; o limit the provision to what is legally required; o enable the Controller to exercise the rights of the Controller and Concerned and defend the interests of Controller and Concerned; o provide the data to the Concerned in a structured, common, and machine-readable form.

Any transfer of personal data outside the European Union in a non-adequate country shall be governed by the terms of the EC standard contractual clauses set forth in the Commission Decision 2021/914/EU (and repealing Commission Decision 2010/87/EC). 3.2 Upon request, the Processor shall notify the Controller as to which country or countries the personal data will be processed in.
TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATAThe Controller consents to the provision ofpersonal data by the Processor in the scope and purpose consistent with the Agreement to the companies cooperating with the Processor in the European Economic Area in the field ofIT services and respectively outside the European Economic Area to our sub-processor Amazon provided that Processor ensures that specific conditions ofArticle 44 et seq. GDPR have been fulfilled.
TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATATo the extent Personal Data originating from the EEA or Switzerland is transferred to Processor, Processor Affiliates or Sub Processors located in countries outside the EEA or Switzerland that have not received a binding adequacy decision by the European Commission pursuant to the GDPR or by a competent national data protection authority, such transfers are managed as follows. Transfers from Controller to Processor or Processor Affiliates are made subject to the terms of this Data Processing Agreement and (i) the Model Clauses, with Controller acting as the “data exporter” and Processor and/or the Processor Affiliate(s) acting as the “data importer(s)”; or
