Transmittal of Entries by Company. Company (i) as a Third Party Sender, shall transmit on behalf of Merchants and (ii) as Originator, shall transmit on its own behalf in connection with the Merchant Program, Credit Entries and Debit Entries (solely of the types specified in Schedule E to this Exhibit) to Bank’s processing agent as designated by Synovus Financial Corp., ACH Operations Department, 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX. 00000. Such transmission shall be in compliance with the formatting and other requirements of the National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”) set forth in Schedule A attached to this Exhibit. The total dollar amount of Credit Entries transmitted by Company to Bank on any one day shall not exceed $250 million, and the total dollar amount of Debit Entries transmitted by Company to Bank on any one day shall not exceed $100 million.

Transmittal of Entries by Company. Company shall transmit all debt and credit Entries to the Third Party Sender and Financial Institution to the locations(s) and in compliance with the formatting, content and other requirements set forth in Schedule A attached hereto and as otherwise required by theThird Party Sender and Financial Institution. The Company authorizes theThird Party Sender and Financial Institution to transmit all Entries received by the Third Party Sender and Financial Institution from the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and to credit or debit such Entries to the specified accounts. The total dollar amount of Entries transmitted by Company to Third Party Sender and Financial Institution on any one day shall not exceed the amount indicated directly above the signature line of this Agreement.
Transmittal of Entries by Company. Company shall transmit standard entry class codes (SEC codes) PPD, CCD+, and/or CCD Debit or Credit Entries to financial institution at the location(s), or to the financial institutions processor, and in compliance with the formatting and other requirements set forth in Attachment 1 following hereto. All Batches must contain equal credits and debits. Company recognizes that if it originates entries with SEC codes other than theses, certain other warrantees will apply. See Attachment 5.
Transmittal of Entries by Company. (a) Company shall transmit Entries to the Financial Institution in accordance with the Rules and this Agreement, and in compliance with the formatting, limitations, and other requirements set forth in Schedule “A” attached hereto. Company acknowledges that Entries may not be initiated that violate the laws of the United States. The total dollar amount of Entries transmitted by Company to Financial Institution on any one day shall not exceed the File limits as set forth in Schedule “A” attached hereto.
Transmittal of Entries by Company. Financial Institution shall have no obligation to retransmit a returned Entry to the ACH Operator if Financial Institution complied with the terms of this Agreement with respect to the original Entry. Any required reprocessing will be at Company’s expense, and in accordance with Financial Institution’s then-prevailing fees and charges, unless the Entry was returned due to an error solely made by Financial Institution.

Transmittal of Entries by Company. Company shall transmit Entries to ODFI in compliance with the formatting and other requirements set forth in Attachment 2, attached herein. The ODFI will transmit the Entries initiated by Company into the ACH as provided in the ACH Rules. The total amount of files sent by the Company shall not exceed established limits set forth by the ODFI Files will be monitored and file amounts exceeding the established limits will not be processed without the approval from authorized ODFI personnel.
