Standard Entry Class Codes definition

Standard Entry Class Codes means the three-character code within an ACH company/batch header, which identifies the type of transactions. “Security Procedures” means, unless Fattmerchant and Sub-Merchant agree otherwise, the security requirements and procedure necessary to verify the authenticity of Entries.
Standard Entry Class Codes mean the three- character code within an ACH company/batch header, which identifies the type of transactions within that batch (e.g. CCD, CTX, PPD, etc.).

  • In regard to the origination of "wholesale credit" Entries, (defined as incoming corporate ACH credit transfers containing Standard Entry Class Codes "CCD" and "CTX"), Bank shall provide disclosure as required by Uniform Commercial Code Article 4A to Company.

  • You may not originate Entries using Standard Entry Class Codes other than CCD, CTX or PPD without prior notice to and written approval by us.

  • The regulations of this chapter apply when a development will increase the use of the trail system or will contribute to the need for additional trail facilities and application of the regulations is determined to be logically related and roughly proportional to the impacts of the proposed development.

  • ACH Standard Entry Class Codes (“SEC”) currently originated by Company authorized for ACH Origination Services include the following: Either a credit or debit where funds are either distributed or consolidated between corporate entities.

  • Client shall transmit valid Standard Entry Class Codes CIE, COR, PPD, TEL, and WEB debit and credit Entries to Bank in compliance with the formatting/security and other requirements set forth in Schedule B.

  • Participating Class Members means all Class Members who do not submit valid

For the purpose of this definition, complex and high-quality trade skills and experience will be deemed to be acquired by the tradesperson:

  • Professional Fee Claims means all Claims for accrued, contingent, and/or unpaid fees and expenses (including transaction and success fees) incurred by a Professional in the Chapter 11 Cases on or after the Petition Date and through and including the Confirmation Date that the Bankruptcy Court has not denied by Final Order. To the extent that the Bankruptcy Court or any higher court of competent jurisdiction denies or reduces by a Final Order any amount of a Professional’s fees or expenses, then those reduced or denied amounts shall no longer constitute Professional Fee Claims.

  • Administrative Claims Bar Date means the deadline for Filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which: (a) with respect to Administrative Claims other than Professional Fee Claims, shall be 30 days after the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to Professional Fee Claims, shall be 45 days after the Effective Date.

  • Settlement Class Member means each person and entity who or which is a member of the Settlement Class.
