Review of Submittals A/E and ODR review is only for conformance with the design concept and the information provided in the Contract Documents. Responses to submittals will be in writing. The approval of a separate item does not indicate approval of an assembly in which the item functions. The approval of a submittal does not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for any deviation from the requirements of the Contract unless the Contractor informs the A/E and ODR of such deviation in a clear, conspicuous, and written manner on the submittal transmittal and at the time of submission, and obtains the A/E’s and Owner’s written specific approval of the particular deviation.
Transmittal All documents submitted to the State shall be accompanied by a letter of transmittal which shall include, but need not be limited to, the highway number, project limits, county, CSJ, contract number, work authorization number and an inventory of attachments.
Transmittal of Deductions The Board further agrees to accompany each such transmittal with a list of the names of the bargaining unit members for whom all such fair share fee deductions were made, the period covered, and the amounts deducted for each.

ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS 3.1. Submittal Exchange® (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) shall be used to provide an on-line database and repository, which shall be used to transmit and track project-related documents. The intent for using this service is to expedite the construction process by reducing paperwork, improving information flow, and decreasing submittal review turnaround time.
Timing of Submission of Documents No Proceed Order shall be issued until the Owner has received, in good and proper order, the following documents. The documents shall be submitted in accordance with the following schedule:
New Certifications If a participating Employer is newly certified by ONA at one of its owned nursing homes for its registered nurses, the existing standard non-monetary provisions in the central ONA/RN agreements will automatically apply to the nurses effective nine (9) months after the Employer receives notice to bargain from the Union or a Memorandum of Agreement or Interest Arbitration Award is received, whichever is earlier. Modification and Withdrawal of Tenders 2.19.1 The tenderer may modify or withdraw its tender after the tender’s submission, provided that written notice of the modification, including substitution or withdrawal of the tenders, is received by the Procuring Entity prior to the deadline prescribed for submission of tenders.
Required Submittals Complete shop drawings and manufacturer’s catalog data shall be submitted to the State and approved by the State prior to start of any construction work. Power and lighting panel configuration shall be complete with schedule of branch panels, separate disconnects, and circuit breakers, based on calculated and estimated motor, resistive and lighting loads. All circuits shall be labeled at the panel and at the outlet/power pole for future reference. Location of all electrical receptacles and telephone outlets (including power drops for the systems furnishings) shall be designated on a block floor plan showing the systems furnishings layout provided by the State. Said block floor plan shall be furnished by the State to the Owner/Lessor no later than 4 weeks after approved construction plans are received by the State.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement.
