Transport of Clients. In the event that the Contractor or any of its employees or subcontractors shall, for any reason, transport a client, the Contractor hereby agrees to the following: a. The Contractor shall require that its employees, subcontracted transportation providers, drivers, and vehicles meet licensure or certification requirements established by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) and the State of Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) that transport, or have the potential to transport, clients; and b. All vehicles utilized shall be appropriately licensed, certified, permitted, and insured.
