TRANSPORTATION AND UTILITY CORRIDORS. 13.01 If the community in which the Development Area is located is adjacent to a Transportation and Utility Corridor, the Developer, at its sole cost and expense and to the satisfaction of the Director, Development and Building Approvals, shall install and maintain the temporary signs at the entrances to the community that are both required by and in accordance with the Transportation and Utility Corridor (T.U.C.) Signage Policy.
