Common use of Transportation Expenses - Payable Clause in Contracts

Transportation Expenses - Payable. Subject to (b) above, when an employee is recalled to work under the conditions described in (a) above, he/she shall be paid the cost of transportation to and from his/her place of work to a maximum of eight dollars and fifty cents ($8.50) or the appropriate mileage for each callback. This Clause will not apply to Clause 19.04.
