TRANSPORTATION, MARKETING, AND DISPOSITION OF. RECYCLABLES. The Company shall be responsible for the transportation, marketing and disposal of segregated Recyclable Materials, White Goods and tires delivered to and accepted at the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites to appropriate County-approved sites for disposition, including end-use markets, in accordance with Applicable Law. The Company shall supply new recyclable materials Drop-Boxes as approved by the County. Prior to disposal or recycling of any White Goods, the Company shall remove refrigerants and other hazardous components from all such White Goods accepted at the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites in accordance with the Contract Standards. The Company acknowledges that the O&M Charge component of the Service Fee includes all compensation to which the Company is entitled on account of all transportation and disposal costs. The Company may retain the revenue generated from the marketing of recovered Recyclable Materials, White Goods and tires.

The Company acknowledges that the Organic Processing, Transport and Disposal Charge component of the Service Fee includes all compensation to which the Company is entitled on account of all processing, transportation, marketing and disposal costs. The Company may retain the revenue generated from all marketing of Organics.

If an emergency contact cannot be reached promptly, I hereby authorize the Released Parties to act as an agent for me to consent to any examination, testing, x-rays, medical, dental or surgical treatment for me as advised by a physician, dentist or other health care provider. If the Volunteer is less than 18 years of age, the parent(s) having legal custody and/or the legal guardian(s) of the Volunteer also hereby release, forever discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability, claim, demand and action whatsoever brought by such volunteer or on his/her behalf which arises or may hereafter arise on account of the decision by any representative or agent of the Released Parties to exercise the power to transport, administer first aid, and consent to assessment, examination, x-rays, medical, dental, surgical or other such health care treatment as set forth in the Parental Authorization for Treatment of, and Travel With, a Minor Child.
