O&M Charge definition

O&M Charge is defined in Section 5.1(b).
O&M Charge means the charge assessed users of the system for the cost of operation and maintenance a wastewater collection, transportation, and/or treatment system.
O&M Charge has the meaning specified in Section 13.3.

  • The Non-Operating Owner shall pay the Monthly Transmission Facilities O&M Charge, the Monthly Common Facilities Charge, and its pro rata share (based on its Ownership Interest, unless the Owners have agreed in writing otherwise) of Other Costs shown on the invoice no later than thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice.

  • Compensation to Seller shall consist of (a) a Monthly Capacity Payment calculated in accordance with Section 9.2, (b) a Variable O&M Charge calculated in accordance with Section 9.3, and (c) a Start-Up Charge calculated in accordance with Section 9.4. The Monthly Capacity Payment, Variable O&M Charge, and Start-Up Charge will be paid each month, in arrears in accordance with Article 10, for each month of the Delivery Period.

  • Such maintenance renewals and replacements to the Transmission Facilities are included in the services for which the Operator is compensated by the Monthly Transmission Facilities O&M Charge.

  • All payments required to be made by or on behalf of the Owners under the terms of this Agreement, including payments to the Operator of the Monthly Transmission Facilities O&M Charge, the Monthly Common Facilities Charge and Other Costs, shall be made to the account or accounts designated by the Owner or Operator to which the payment is owed, by wire transfer (in immediately available funds in the lawful currency of the United States).

  • The Operator shall be compensated for the costs of obtaining and maintaining such insurance (including any premiums, taxes, and fees, deductibles, self-insurance or non-insured costs) through the Monthly Transmission Facilities O&M Charge.

  • The failure by an Operator to timely deliver an invoice shall not relieve the Non-Operating Owner of its payment obligation in respect of its share of the Monthly Transmission Facilities O&M Charge, the Monthly Substation O&M Charge, the Monthly Common Equipment Charge and Other Costs as shown on such invoice, or release the Operating Owner of its responsibility for such invoice.

  • The failure by the Operator to timely deliver an invoice shall not relieve PacifiCorp of its payment obligation in respect of the Monthly Transmission Facilities O&M Charge, Monthly Common Facilities Charge and Other Costs as shown on such invoice, or release Idaho Power of its responsibility for its share of the Other Costs in such invoice.

  • The Company acknowledges that the O&M Charge, the Waste Transport Charge, the Waste Disposal Charge and the Organics Transport & Disposal Charge components of the Service Fee include all compensation to which the Company is entitled on account of such processing, transportation and disposal costs.

  • The Owners agree that the Tap Line Upgrades shall not result in a change to the Owners’ Ownership Interests or associated Capacity Shares or the Monthly Transmission Facilities O&M Charge.

Related to O&M Charge

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the room charge, and reimbursement of the assessment as allowed in section 6.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such. Otherwise, such Bid may be considered incomplete and be rejected, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the Commissioner.
