Disposal Sites. Except as set forth in Section 5.16 of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of Purchaser, neither Purchaser nor any of the Purchaser Subsidiaries has received Notice that Purchaser or any of the Purchaser Subsidiaries is a potentially responsible party for a federal, state, provincial or local clean-up site or for corrective action under any Environmental Law. Except as set forth in Section 5.16 of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of Purchaser, neither Purchaser nor any of the Purchaser Subsidiaries has received any written request for information from a regulatory agency with respect to a disposal or contaminated site.
Disposal Sites. Except as set forth in Section 4.16 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of Seller or Laidlaw, no Acquired Suxxxxxxxy has received Notice that any Acquired Subsidiary is a potentially responsible party for a federal, state, provincial or local clean-up site or for corrective action under any Environmental Law. Except as set forth in Section 4.16 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of Seller or Laidlaw, no Acquired Subsidixxx xxx received any written request for information from a regulatory agency with respect to a disposal or contaminated site.
Disposal Sites. All of the solid waste collected by the Contractor shall be processed or disposed of at a duly licensed and permitted solid waste management facility.
Disposal Sites. Contractor shall be responsible for identifying and using proper disposal sites, including obtaining all necessary approvals from the appropriate Governmental Entity. Contractor shall not dispose of any material on Authority property without written authorization from the Authority.
Disposal Sites. Contractor will maintain options to dispose stripped materials. The disposal locations will be either the laydown area 2 on the Site or at off-site locations. Contractor shall prepare a Spoils Disposal Plan as part of the Work. Contractor shall also identify all offsite locations proposed for spoils disposal of materials for Site or Work Site preparation. Contractor is responsible to assure any offsite disposal location utilized by Contractor is permitted for use by applicable Governmental Authorities. Contractor’s storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) shall be implemented at the onsite disposal area.
Disposal Sites. Attached hereto as Schedule 3.11(b)(x) is a complete list of the names and addresses of all disposal sites currently utilized by Seller.
Disposal Sites. Franchisee shall transfer all waste to an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency permitted sanitary landfill site or incinerator, compost facility, processing center, or transfer site approved by the City and suitable for the disposal and/or processing of the Solid Waste, Yard Waste, or Recyclable Materials collected pursuant to this Agreement.
Disposal Sites. The Contractor shall notify the CVWMA of each identified Disposal Site for each of the Participating Local Jurisdictions. Any change in Disposal Sites shall be communicated in writing to the CVWMA. The Disposal Sites shall be properly permitted and compliant during the Initial Term and any Extension Term in accordance with applicable Virginia Waste Management Regulations. Contractor shall be totally responsible for all equipment it operates on any Disposal Site, whether publicly or privately operated. The Disposal Site for the MSW collected in the City of Petersburg shall be Meridian Waste’s Tri City Regional Landfill and Transfer Station located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx 00000. If during the Initial Term and any Extension Term of this Contract, the Contractor is unable to dispose of Petersburg’s MSW at Meridian Waste’s Landfill or Transfer Station, Contractor shall transport and dispose of Petersburg’s MSW at a properly permitted and compliant Disposal Site under terms agreed upon between the CVWMA, Contractor and the City of Petersburg.
Disposal Sites. CONTRACTOR shall provide the removal and disposal of Refuse which is not Green Waste at a place and in a manner to be determined by CONTRACTOR, provided such place shall be outside of the City of Palos Verdes Estates. CONTRACTOR shall provide the removal and disposal of Green Waste at a place and in a manner to be determined by CONTRACTOR, provided, however, that
(i) such place shall be outside the CITY, and
(ii) such removal and disposal shall comply with all requirements imposed upon the removal and disposal of Green Waste so that such removal and disposal will be credited to the maximum extent possible under State law to CITY’s obligations under AB 939 and any other State laws or regulations to reduce solid waste.
Disposal Sites. Schedule 5.16.2 sets forth a true and complete list and description as of the date of this Agreement of all disposal sites used in the Business since January 1, 1994, whether or not located on any Alpart Real Property.
