Common use of Transportation of Employees Clause in Contracts

Transportation of Employees. No employee covered by this Agreement shall furnish transportation within the job site or between the job sites or from yard to job sites for transportation of employees or tools or equipment or for any other purpose as a condition of employment. When the employer transports employees from yard to job site or within job site or to power lines or pipelines, he shall provide safe and suitable transportation.
