Transportation of Recyclable Materials. Contractor shall transport and deliver all Recyclable Materials collected pursuant to this Agreement to the GreenWaste Recovery Material Recovery Facility (GreenWaste MRF) located at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, San Jose. City reserves the right to direct Contractor to transport and deliver Recyclable Materials to another facility beginning July 1, 2021. Contractor will be compensated for additional transportation costs associated with an alternative processing facility.
