Transportation; Packing. All Tangible Goods shall be packed in accordance with Specifications provided by Buyer, or, if no Specifications are provided, otherwise suitably packed in order to protect the Tangible Goods fully during transportation and secure the lowest available transportation costs. All Tangible Goods shall be shipped in accordance with Buyer's instructions, or in the absence of such instructions, by the route and method of transportation sufficient to meet applicable delivery dates utilizing the lowest appropriate, available transportation costs. Excess transportation costs otherwise incurred will be charged to Seller or applied as a set-off from any amount due from Buyer to Seller. When usual terms or tariffs do not include insurance, shipments must be forwarded properly insured to their full sales price hereunder at Xxxxxx's expense. No charge shall be incurred for freight, shipping, packing, insurance, boxing, storage or drayage unless authorized by Xxxxx in advance in writing. Xxxxx's order numbers and symbols must be plainly marked on all invoices, packages, bills of lading and shipping orders. A packing slip bearing a complete record of the shipment (including the number of the order to which it applies) is required with each shipment hereunder. Invoices, bills of lading or, express receipts, and packing lists must be mailed within 24 hours following shipment.

Unless Lender expressly elects to maintain their own insurance coverage, and indicates such on the face of the Agreement, the Gallery will insure the loaned item(s) during the term of the show. The Gallery coverage will be limited to the declared value indicated on the face of the Agreement for all risks of physical loss or damage while under the care, custody and control of the Gallery. If the Lender elects to maintain his own insurance, the Lender must supply the Gallery with a certificate naming The University of Redlands and the Peppers Art Gallery as additionally insured with respect to the loaned object(s). The Declared Value is provided by the lender only, and not by any Gallery staV member.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Transportation Costs The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Packing 9.1 The supplier shall provide such packing of the goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the contract. The packing shall be sufficient to withstand, without limitation, rough handling during transit and exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and precipitation during transit, and open storage. Packing, case size and weights shall take into consideration, where appropriate, the remoteness of the goods’ final destination and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Shipment Dell will ship the APEX System to the Site when included as part of the APEX Service. The terms and process for shipment and delivery of the APEX System will be stated in the applicable Service Offering Description.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.
