Transportation Program. As part of the Transportation Alternative Program (TAP), the City will provide transportation subsidies as outlined in section B.1 and a free transit pass as outlined in section B.2 below. Employees may also participate concurrently in the City’s discounted monthly parking program as outlined in section A. Transportation subsidies and free transit passes can only be used by the City employee it is issued to. Employees in violation of these provisions will not be eligible to participate in TAP.

Transportation Program. Provides trips to medical services, shopping and essential services for qualifying St. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx County residents (eligible based on age, disability or income) who may lack access to a vehicle or are unable to drive. The City shall manage the St. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx County’s transportation program; the transportation program of the City of St Xxxxxx is excluded from this Agreement.
Transportation Program. The University will contribute $24.00 per month towards the purchase of the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) Commuter Pass. The University shall increase its contribution to $26.00 per month on the first anniversary of this MOU, and to $28.00 per month on the second anniversary of this MOU. The balance of the cost of the MTA commuter pass will be deducted from the employee’s paycheck on a pre-tax basis. The University shall have the right to manage and set rules for its parking facilities. Parking rates affecting bargaining unit employees are subject to negotiations between AFSCME and the University. In the event the University decides to increase parking rates for employees during the course of this MOU, the University will notify AFSCME sixty (60) days prior to the implementation of the increase. If the increase in the first year of this MOU is more than $1.00 per payroll period for that year, the University shall bargain with AFSCME over the increase prior to the implementation date. If the increase in the second and third years of this MOU is more than $1.50 per payroll period for that year, the University shall bargain with AFSCME over the increase prior to the implementation date.
Transportation Program. In order to reduce peak-hour trip generation of employees within the Development Area, Landlord encourages all employers at the Building to adopt flexible work schedules for their employees and to participate in transportation programs designed to encourage the use of mass transit by persons working in the Boston area. For example, numerous greater Boston companies provide subsidies for the purchase by the employees of monthly transit passes through the Corporate Pass Program of the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority with subsidies ranging from 10% to 100% of the cost of the transit pass. The provision of transit pass subsidies may also offer certain benefits to employers under tax law. Landlord encourages all employers at the Building to participate in programs of this nature and to inform their employees of the benefits of using monthly transit. In addition, Landlord shall obtain membership in the Xxxxxxx River Transportation Management Association (or any successor thereto or replacement thereof) for Tenant and its employees throughout the Term, provided that Tenant expressly acknowledges that this expense shall constitute an Operating Expense and further provided that this expense shall be included in Base Operating Expenses for the Property.

The monthly Adult 2-Zone Coaster Pass and Adult 3-Zone Coaster Pass b. The SDM Coaster pass (3-Zone Senior Coaster Pass) c. The All Trolley/Local Bus Route Pass (Adult Regional) d. The Senior/Disabled SDM Regional Pass e. The Youth Regional Pass f. The Adult Rapid Express/Premium Pass is subsidized at 75%, subject to the $100 monthly reimbursement cap. g. The Senior/Disabled SDM Rapid Express/Premium Pass
Transportation Program. Each year, on or before the 31st day of March, the Board will produce a five-year public transportation program (the "Transportation Program") that is consistent with the regional transportation plan approved by the Northern Arizona Council of Governments ("NACOG") and the Flagstaff Metropolitan Planning Organization ("FMPO"). The Transportation Program shall: 8.3.1. Contain public transportation projects financed with monies from federal, state and local funding; 8.3.2. Contain a description of each project, including a schedule of expenditures and a source of funding for each project; 8.3.3. Identify the entity that is responsible for implementing each project or phase of the Transportation Program; 8.3.4. Define and identify regional public transportation corridors; 8.3.5. Define the public transportation problems, goals and needs for each corridor and policies and priorities for meeting those goals and needs; 8.3.6. Determine a mix of public transportation modes appropriate for development in light of the public transportation goals and needs for each corridor; 8.3.7. Locate routes and access points to the public transportation system. 8.3.8. Determine the ridership capacity and use of public transportation systems. 8.3.9. Include the capital and operating costs of the Regional Transportation System, presented on an individual fiscal year basis. 8.3.10. Set forth the revenue needed by source, according to A.R.S. § 28-9142, to fund the Regional Transportation System, presented on an individual fiscal year basis.
Transportation Program. Tenant acknowledges that (i) the 145 Garage and the Yellow Garage are each subject to a Parking and Transportation Demand Management Plan (collectively, the “PTDM Plans”) and (ii) Landlord has provided a copy of both such PTDM Plans to Tenant as of the Execution Date. Landlord shall comply with the conditions and controls of the PTDM Plans, and compliance with the PTDM Plans shall in no way constitute a failure of Landlord to satisfy its obligations under Article X of this Lease. Tenant shall comply with the conditions and controls of the PTDM Plans applicable to parking users of the 145 Garage and the Yellow Garage, as applicable.
