Trash Containers. Trash containers used for trash removal purposes shall be constructed of rigid, seamless, rustproof metal or plastic with smooth easily cleanable surface neutral colored finish. They shall be equipped with snug-fitting covers and silent-running casters. Containers shall have covers in place at any time containers are being transported within the building or on loading docks.
