Supplies, Materials, and Equipment. The District recognizes that appropriate materials, facilities, and other supplies and equipment are the tools of the health profession. The District further recognizes the need for equipment to be made available whenever possible and in good working order. In order to meet these needs, a committee will be formed to identify, prioritize, and set short and long range goals to meet these needs, including budgetary recommendations.
Supplies, Materials, and Equipment. User shall furnish all supplies, materials, and equipment required to conduct the Event, except as specifically agreed otherwise by UA on the Reference Page or an attachment made a part hereof. User understands there may be additional charges for equipment usage, video or PA setup, or other technical services. Requests for those services must be made and approved in advance in the “Special Provisions” section of the Reference Page.
Supplies, Materials, and Equipment. Principals shall seek input from employees in the development of building budgets as such budgets relate to teaching supplies, materials, and equipment. In making requests for additional supplies, equipment, and materials for use in the instructional program employees shall:
1. Make request to their principals in writing as early as possible.
2. The principal shall advise the requesting employee in writing of the disposition of the request.
3. Employees shall have reasonable access to equipment necessary for the preparation of teaching materials.
Supplies, Materials, and Equipment. User shall keep and maintain in good condition and shall cause others to keep and maintain in good condition, all supplies, materials, and equipment, and shall return all supplies, materials, and equipment to the University in the same good condition as User received said items from the University, except as specifically agreed otherwise. User agrees that there will be additional charges for lost, misplaced, damaged, and/or stolen supplies, materials, and equipment, including without limitation, televisions, linens, furniture, tents, tables, grills, chairs, or appliances.

In making requests for additional supplies, materials and equipment for use in the instructional program certificated employees shall make requests to their administrators in writing on the appropriate forms as early as possible. Administrators shall advise the requesting certificated employee of the disposition of the request.
Supplies, Materials, and Equipment. 1.3.1 The City will provide all supplies and materials necessary for maintenance of the City Buildings listed in Section 1 – SERVICE LOCATIONS above. Contractor shall provide a weekly supply and material distribution log identifying where the supplies and materials were distributed in the facility by floor. This log shall also identify the supplies and material left in storage as inventory and the additional supplies and material required for delivery in the next week or month.
1.3.2 The City will provide the equipment, including floor cleaning equipment, vacuums, carts, etc as the City sees necessary for cleaning of the facility. The equipment is considered to be supplied in like new condition. Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the equipment in good condition for the duration of the contract. All equipment that fails shall be repaired or replace at Contractors expense. Any equipment not provided by the City shall be supplied by the Contractor at the Contractor’s expense. 1.3.3 At the completion of the contract, Contractor shall provide the City with a complete inventory of equipment of identical or approved equal make and model in like new condition.

Supplies, Materials, and Equipment a. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, products, material and equipment necessary for the performance of the work included in this contract, unless otherwise specified herein. The supplies and materials shall be of a quality to conform with applicable specifications.
b. Before beginning work, the Contractor shall submit to Polk State’s Contract Administrator a list of the materials/products they propose to utilize, including the manufacturer’s name and the brand name.
c. The Contractor shall not use any supplies or material which Polk State’s Contract Administrator determines would be inferior, unsuitable for the purpose, or harmful to the surfaces to which they will be applied, or to any other part of the building, its contents or equipment.
d. Bleach and other corrosive products shall not be used.
x. Xxxx State’s Contract Administrator shall require samples of the supplies intended for use before work commences on the contract, or during the term of the contract. Any items failing to meet with Polk State’ Contract Administrator’s approval shall be replaced by the Contractor.
f. Any necessary cleaning equipment, including but not limited to; power-driven floor scrubbing machines, waxing and polishing machines, industrial-type vacuum cleaners, motor trucks, and power- washing equipment shall be furnished by the Contractor. Such equipment shall be of the size and type customarily used in work of this kind, and shall meet with the approval of Polk State’s Contract Administrator. Equipment deemed to be of improper size or design, or inadequate for the purpose intended shall be replaced by adequate equipment.
g. Equipment shall be maintained and replaced as needed, as directed by Polk State’s Contract Administrator.
h. Vacuum cleaner bags shall be replaced on a regular basis.

User shall leave in good condition all supplies, materials, and equipment as the user acquired said items at the time of arrival, except as specifically agreed otherwise by UA on the Reference Page or an attachment made a part hereof. User understands there will be additional charges for lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen supplies, materials, and equipment.
