Supplies, Materials, and Equipment. The District recognizes that appropriate materials, facilities, and other supplies and equipment are the tools of the health profession. The District further recognizes the need for equipment to be made available whenever possible and in good working order. In order to meet these needs, a committee will be formed to identify, prioritize, and set short and long range goals to meet these needs, including budgetary recommendations.

User shall furnish all supplies, materials, and equipment required to conduct the Event, except as specifically agreed otherwise by UA on the Reference Page or an attachment made a part hereof. User understands there may be additional charges for equipment usage, video or PA setup, or other technical services.
