Trash, Trees, Brush & Debris. The Property is being sold “as-is” and Buyer shall be responsible for mowing, brush hogging, and removing, clearing, and disposing of all trees, trash and debris on the Property, except that Seller will remove any construction debris of which Buyer notifies Seller in writing prior to the expiration of the Pre-Closing Period, and Buyer acknowledges Seller’s delivery of the Property in compliance with this Paragraph.
