Trashcan Emptying. District Manager or its Subcontractors shall empty all sidewalk trashcans within the area described in Section A of this Scope of Work by removing the plastic liner bag and replacing it with a new liner bag. The trash bags will be hauled to and placed in the on-site dumpsters provided by the District Manager. The area around the on-site dumpster will also be maintained, free from any loose debris or trash on the ground near the dumpster.
