Common use of Travel Difficulties Clause in Contracts

Travel Difficulties. In event of absence resulting from travel difficulties, the Superintendent may waive salary deduction if the travel difficulties rise from floods, storms, or other conditions beyond the control of the employee, and if in the judgment of the Superintendent, the employee has made every reasonable effort to get to his place of employment.

Travel Difficulties. In the event of an absence resulting from travel difficulties, difficulties between an employee’s local place of residence and place of employment the Superintendent may shall waive the salary deduction if the travel difficulties rise arise from floods, storms, or other weather conditions beyond the control of the employee, employee and if in the judgment of the Superintendent, the employee has made every very reasonable effort to get to his place of employment.
