Common use of Travelers/Agency Clause in Contracts

Travelers/Agency. If the Union believes there is a traveler or agency employee who has been working regular full or part-time hours for a period of over three (3) months, they can request to have the matter reviewed by Human Resources. If, following the review, it is confirmed that the employee is working regular full or part-time hours that are not concluded to be temporary and that the position is not already posted, the position will be submitted for justification and approval. Any new position must go through the normal process and be posted.
