Common use of Travelling While on Duty Clause in Contracts

Travelling While on Duty. An employee may be required while on duty to travel with a shipment. Where this occurs, the employee shall receive credit as time worked for all hours actually on duty. Where such duty exceeds the employee's normal work period the employee shall receive overtime compensation for the additional time involved as provided for in Article 22.
