Treasurer’s Office Selection Procedures. The primary criteria in selection of a secretary in the Treasurer’s Office will be successfully completing a testing process to be determined by the Treasurer. Due to the necessity of specific skills and aptitude required for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll Secretarial positions, a passing grade of not less than ninety percent (90%) on a test administered by the Treasurer will be required. In addition to a test score of not less than ninety percent (90%) the applicant must have completed at least two years of study in a business, financial or accounting related field or an equal number of years experience in a business, financial or accounting related environment.
