Reporting for Duty Where an employee is not notified beforehand not to report for duty, and he reports for duty at his regularly scheduled starting time he shall be paid for his entire shift even when work is not available in his normal assignment. In such circumstances the employee may be required to perform other available work.
Compliance Verification (a) The subrecipient shall periodically interview a sufficient number of employees entitled to DB prevailing wages (covered employees) to verify that contractors or subcontractors are paying the appropriate wage rates. As provided in 29 CFR 5.6(a)(6), all interviews must be conducted in confidence. The subrecipient must use Standard Form 1445 (SF 1445) or equivalent documentation to memorialize the interviews. Copies of the SF 1445 are available from EPA on request.
Reporting Absence Staff who cannot report to work because of sickness or other reasons are expected to telephone within fifteen (15) minutes of their normal starting time, to advise their supervisor of the expected time of their return to work. Staff members who commence work at 16:00 hours or later will make every effort to inform their supervisor(s) of their pending absences as early in the day as possible, and no later than 12:00 hours for the 16:00 hour or 18:00 hour shifts, or 15:00 hours for the midnight shift. However, employees failing to provide notice as stipulated in this Article through circumstances beyond their control shall not be deemed to have violated any of the terms of this Agreement. Staff should inform their supervisor of the reason for their absence. In the event of illness, exact medical reasons need not be given.
Entity Accounts Not Required to Be Reviewed, Identified or Reported Unless the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution elects otherwise, either with respect to all New Entity Accounts or, separately, with respect to any clearly identified group of such accounts, where the implementing rules in Singapore provide for such election, a credit card account or a revolving credit facility treated as a New Entity Account is not required to be reviewed, identified, or reported, provided that the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution maintaining such account implements policies and procedures to prevent an account balance owed to the Account Holder that exceeds $50,000.
Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from AT&T at the time of the trouble report, TWTC will be required to provide the results of the TWTC test which indicate a problem on the AT&T network. Reporting Absences (a) Employees are responsible to report to work on time on each scheduled work day.
Sick Leave Reporting and Verification Employees must promptly notify their supervisor on their first day of sick leave and each day after, unless there is mutual agreement to do otherwise. If an employee is in a position where a relief replacement is necessary if they are absent, they will notify their supervisor at least two (2) hours prior to their scheduled time to report to work (excluding leave taken in accordance with the Domestic Violence Act). Unless otherwise precluded by law, the Employer has reason to suspect abuse, the Employer may require a written medical certificate for any sick leave absence. An employee returning to work after any sick leave absence may be required to provide written certification from their health care provider that the employee is able to return to work and perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Xxxx will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Xxxx must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non-designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Xxxx will be required to provide the results of the Xxxx test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.
