Treatment of Responses. Use of Responses: Responses will not be evaluated. However, the responses received may be used by the NCC to develop or modify the procurement approach. NCC will review all responses received. Review Team: A review team composed of representatives of the NCC will review the responses. The NCC reserves the right to hire any independent consultant or to use any Government of Canada (GC) resources that it considers necessary to review any response. Not all members of the review team will necessarily review all responses. Confidentiality: Respondents should mark any portions of their response that they consider proprietary or confidential. Responses will be handled in accordance with the provisions of various legislations including the Access to Information Act (R.S. 1985, c. A-1) the Privacy Act (R.S., 1985, c. P-21), and the Defence Production Act (R.S. 1985, c. D-1). Clarifications: the NCC may, at its discretion, contact any respondents to follow up with additional questions or for clarification of any aspect of a response or for a one-on-one meeting.

  • Determination of Responsiveness 28.1 The Procuring Entity's determination of a Tender's responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the Tender itself, as defined in ITT28.2.

  • TREATMENT PLANS Within a reasonable period of time after the initiation of treatment, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx will discuss with you her working understanding of the problem, treatment plan, therapeutic objectives, and her view of the possible outcomes of treatment. If you have any unanswered questions about any of the procedures used in the course of your therapy, their possible risks, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx 's expertise in employing them, or about the treatment plan, please ask and you will be answered fully. You also have the right to ask about other treatments for your condition and their risks and benefits.

  • Extent of Responsibility The Construction Manager shall exercise reasonable care in preparing schedules and estimates. The Construction Manager, however, does not warrant or guarantee estimates and schedules except as may be included as part of the Guaranteed Maximum Price. The Construction Manager is not required to ascertain that the Drawings and Specifications are in accordance with applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, or lawful orders of public authorities, but the Construction Manager shall promptly report to the Architect and Owner any nonconformity discovered by or made known to the Construction Manager as a request for information in such form as the Architect may require.

  • Incident Response Operator shall have a written incident response plan that reflects best practices and is consistent with industry standards and federal and state law for responding to a data breach, breach of security, privacy incident or unauthorized acquisition or use of any portion of Data, including PII, and agrees to provide LEA, upon request, an executive summary of the written incident response plan.

  • Limitation of Responsibility Notwithstanding any other provisions ---------------------------- hereof, Committee Members shall be liable to the parties only for actions constituting bad faith, gross negligence or breach of an express provision of this Agreement (so long as such breach remains uncured after ten (10) days of receiving notice of the nature of such breach).   • Emergency Medical Treatment I grant the Releasees permission to authorize emergency medical treatment as they deem appropriate, and agree that such action by the Releasees shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. I understand and agree that the Releasees assume no responsibility for any injury or damage that might result from such emergency medical treatment.

  • Substance Abuse Treatment Information Substance abuse treatment information shall be maintained in compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 2 if the Party or subcontractor(s) are Part 2 covered programs, or if substance abuse treatment information is received from a Part 2 covered program by the Party or subcontractor(s).
