Common use of TRIBAL EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS ORDINANCE (TERO) Clause in Contracts

TRIBAL EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS ORDINANCE (TERO). The Forest Service recognizes and honors the applicability of the Tribal laws and ordinances developed under the authority of the Indian Self-Determination and Educational Assistance Act of 1975 (PL 93-638). ELIGIBLE WORKERS. shall ensure that all employees complete the I-9 form to certify that they are eligible for lawful employment under the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 USC 1324a). shall comply with regulations regarding certification and retention of the completed forms. These requirements also apply to any contract or supplemental agreement awarded under this Stewardship Agreement.
