TRICARE Dental Plans. Contractor staff in the TSCs shall provide general information on eligibility for the TRICARE Dental Plans (Active Duty Dental Program (ADDP), TRICARE Dental Program (TDP), and TRICARE Retired Dental Program (TRDP)) and how to obtain dental plan information from the appropriate dental contractor. The beneficiaries shall be referred to the appropriate dental contractor for additional information.

  • Dental Plans The dental plans offered shall be those approved by the City's JLMBC and administered by the Personnel Department in accordance with LAAC Section 4.

  • Group Dental Plan Upon proper application, Benefit Eligible Employees will be enrolled, along with their eligible dependents, in the Employer's group dental plan and will be provided with the coverages specified therein.   • Health Care Savings Plan As provided in this Agreement, eligible ASF Members will participate in the health care savings plan (HCSP) established under Minnesota Statute 352.98, and as administered by the Plan Administrator. The Employer is responsible only for transferring funds, as specified in this agreement, to the Plan Administrator.

  • HEALTH & WELFARE BENEFITS Executive shall be eligible to participate in all health and welfare benefits provided generally to other employees of the Company.
