Common use of Trimming of Trees and Shrubbery Clause in Contracts

Trimming of Trees and Shrubbery. The Franchisee shall have the authority to trim trees or other natural vegetative growth encroaching or overhanging any of its Cable System in the Franchise Area so as to prevent contact with the Franchisee’s wires, cables, or other equipment. All such trimming shall be done at the Franchisee’s sole cost and expense. The Franchisee shall be responsible for any collateral, direct real property damage caused by such trimming.
