Common use of Trouble Screening Clause in Contracts

Trouble Screening. 12.3.17.1 WSP shall screen and test its End User Customer trouble reports completely enough to insure, to the extent possible, that it sends to Qwest only trouble reports that involve Qwest facilities. For services and facilities where the capability to test all or portions of the Qwest network service or facility rest with Qwest, Qwest will then perform test isolation and test the service and facility on behalf of the WSP.

Trouble Screening. 12.3.17.1 12.14.1 WSP shall screen and test its End User Customer Customer’s trouble reports completely enough to insure, to the extent possible, that it sends to Qwest only trouble reports that involve Qwest facilities. For services and facilities where the capability to test all or portions of the Qwest network service or facility rest with Qwest, Qwest will then make such capability available to WSP to perform test appropriate trouble isolation and test the service and facility on behalf of the WSPscreening. 12.14.2 Qwest will cooperate with WSP to show WSP how Qwest screens trouble conditions in its own centers, so that WSP will employ similar techniques in its centers.
