Revenue Protection. Embarq shall make available to CLEC, at Parity with what Embarq provides to itself, its Affiliates and other local telecommunications CLECs, all present and future fraud prevention or revenue protection features, including prevention, detection, or control functionality embedded within any of the Network Elements. These features include, but are not limited to screening codes, information digits assigned such as information digits ‘29’ and ‘70’ which indicate prison and COCOT pay phone originating line types respectively, call blocking of domestic, international, 800, 888, 900, NPA-976, 700, 500 and specific line numbers, and the capability to require end-user entry of an authorization code for dial tone. Embarq shall, when technically capable and consistent with the implementation schedule for Operations Support Systems (OSS), additionally provide partitioned access to fraud prevention, detection and control functionality within pertinent OSS.

11.34.1 Uncollectable or unbillable revenues resulting from, but not confined to, Provisioning, maintenance, or signal network routing errors shall be the responsibility of the Party causing such error or malicious acts, if such malicious acts could have reasonably been avoided.
11.34.2 Uncollectible or unbillable revenues resulting from the accidental or malicious alteration of software underlying Network Elements or their subtending Operational Support Systems by unauthorized third parties that could have reasonably been avoided shall be the responsibility of the Party having administrative control of access to said Network Element or operational support system software.
11.34.3 CenturyLink shall be responsible for any direct uncollectible or unbillable revenues resulting from the unauthorized physical attachment to Loop facilities from the Main Distribution Frame up to and including the Network Interface Device, including clip- on fraud, if CenturyLink could have reasonably prevented such fraud.
11.34.4 To the extent that incremental costs are directly attributable to a revenue protection capability requested by CLEC, those costs will be borne by CLEC.
11.34.5 To the extent that either Party is liable to any toll provider for fraud and to the extent that either Party could have reasonably prevented such fraud, the Party who could have reasonably prevented such fraud must indemnify the other for any fraud due to compromise of its network (e.g., clip-on, missing information digits, missing toll restriction, etc.).
11.34.6 If CenturyLink becomes aware of potential fraud with respect to CLEC's accounts, CenturyLink will promptly inform CLEC and, at the direction of CLEC, take reasonable action to mitigate the fraud where such action is possible.
Revenue Protection. 28.1 AT&T shall make available to NuVox fraud prevention or revenue protection features, including prevention, detection, or control functionality embedded within any of the Network Elements or services provided pursuant to this Agreement. These features include switch functions such as screening codes and call blocking of international, 900 and 976 numbers. To the extent separate charges apply for such features, the charges will be set forth in the appropriate attachment to this Agreement or will be negotiated between the Parties and added to this Agreement via an amendment at such time as NuVox requests the features.

These features include, but are not limited to, screening codes, 900 and 976 numbers. Qwest shall additionally provide partitioned access to fraud prevention, detection and control functionality within pertinent Operations Support Systems which include but are not limited to LIDB Fraud monitoring systems.
Revenue Protection. 15.1 Where the Company provides a revenue protection service, it shall do so in accordance with the provisions of the Revenue Protection Code of Practice. Charges for the services so provided shall be calculated in accordance with those specified as applicable to such services in the Relevant Charging Statement and shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
15.2 The User shall comply with its obligations under the Revenue Protection Code of Practice.

Revenue Protection. 6.3.1 SBC-AMERITECH will make available to AT&T all present and future fraud prevention or revenue protection features, including prevention, detection, or control functionality to the same extent that SBC-AMERITECH provides such protection to itself. These features include, but are not limited to, screening codes and call blocking of international, 900 and 976 numbers. These features may include: (i) disallowance of call forwarding to international locations, (ii) coin originating XXX XX digits, (iii) dial tone re- origination patches, (iv) terminating blocking of 800 and (v) 900/976 blocking.
6.3.2 SBC-AMERITECH will provide to AT&T the same procedures to detect and correct the accidental or malicious alteration of software underlying Network Elements or their subtending operational support systems by unauthorized third parties in the same manner it does so for itself.
6.3.3 SBC-AMERITECH will make a reasonable effort to protect and correct against unauthorized physical attachment, e.g. clip-on fraud, to loop facilities from the Main Distribution Frame up to and including the Network Interface Device.
6.3.4 The Parties shall work cooperatively to minimize fraud associated with third-number billed calls, calling card calls, and any other services related to this Agreement.
6.3.4.1 In the event of fraud associated with an AT&T End User’s account, including 1+ IntraLATA toll, ported numbers and Alternatively Billed Service (ABS), the parties agree that liability should be determined based on the facts related to the incident of fraud. Alternatively Billed Service (“ABS”) is a service that allows End Users to bill calls to account(s) that might not be associated with the originating line. There are three types of ABS calls: calling card, collect, and third number billed calls.
6.3.4.2 SBC-AMERITECH shall use the Sleuth system to determine suspected occurrences of ABS-related fraud for AT&T customers, using the same criteria SBC-Ameritech uses to monitor fraud on its own accounts. As used herein, “Sleuth” shall mean “Sleuth system or comparable fraud detection system.”
