Common use of Trucking Program Clause in Contracts

Trucking Program. Developer shall maintain or develop (or cause to be maintained or developed) a program to assist truckers residing or based in BVHP in securing contracts for the trucking services needed to complete the demolition, grading, and infrastructure for the Project. The Trucking Program shall include outreach to truckers residing or based in BVHP, who will be screened for appropriate qualifications and Developer shall form and maintain a list of eligible truckers.
