1. There will be a single preliminary drawing submittal to LA. STATE will not receive preliminary drawings.
a. Three 11-inch x 17-inch drawing sets will be distributed to LA.
2. There will be a single, concurrent, prefinal drawing submittal to LA and STATE.
a. Six 11-inch x 17-inch drawing sets along with specifications will be distributed to STATE.
b. Three 11-inch x 17-inch drawing sets along with specifications will be distributed to LA.
c. Three Opinions of Probable Construction Cost will be distributed to STATE.
3. The final drawing submittal will incorporate review comments from LA and STATE.
4. There will be a single, concurrent, final drawing submittal to LA and STATE.
a. One 22-inch x 34-inch mylar drawing set along with specifications, opinion of probable construction cost, and estimate of time will be distributed to STATE.
b. One 22-inch x 34-inch drawing set and one 11-inch x 17-inch drawing set along with specifications, opinion of probable construction cost, estimate of time, quantity calculations, and electronic files (all MicroStation, Excel, and Word files and one PDF of drawings and specifications) will be distributed to LA.
5. Comments received on final drawings from LA and STATE will be addressed and incorporated as necessary into the final submittal.
6. Any additional reviews and drawing submittals will be considered out-of-scope services and a supplement will be necessary.
Construction Assistance. BEN|EN will attend the pre‐construction meeting and will assist the City staff to review any RFI and change order requests. BEN|EN will also perform field reviews during construction as requested by the City. Our team assumes responding to four (4) field visits and four (4) RFI’s.
Construction Assistance. City will require the assistance of Quincy for construction assistance. A contract amendment shall be issued for this task, if needed. This will include but is not limited to: • Bid support • Shop drawing review • Drawing revisions as needed • Field support • Construction Staking • Quality control survey • As-Built Drawings of completed project Deliverables • Copy of approved shop drawings for City records City will make appropriate staff available for meetings and site visits. Construction Assistance. The CONSULTANT will provide assistance to the COUNTY during construction of the project. The work may include responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) by the Contractor, providing consultation and interpretation of the contract documents, preparing Contract Change Orders (CCOs), reviewing shop drawings, and attending construction meetings and field visits, if needed.
Construction Assistance. A construction assistance program will be funded with $2.5 million to ensure that BVHP area contractors are given the opportunity to obtain needed insurance and technical assistance, and are not required to provide payment or performance bonds in order to fully participate in the construction of infrastructure and new residential, commercial and community facilities on the project. The program includes: ▪ Owner Consolidated Insurance Program ▪ Surety Bond Program ▪ Technical Assistance Program ▪ Contractor Workshops.
Construction Assistance. Upon request by Franchisee and without liability, Pretzel Time agrees to provide construction assistance to Franchisee in one or more of the following areas:
(1). Assist Franchisee in finding an architect for the construction and development of the Unit;
(2). Assist Franchisee in finding a general contractor for the construction and development of the Unit; and
(3). Respond to a reasonable amount of questions from Franchisee's contractor relating to construction and development of the Unit in accordance with the requirements of Pretzel Time.
Construction Assistance. GHD will provide assistance to the County during construction of the project. The work may include responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) by the contractor, providing consultation and interpretation of the contract documents, preparing Contract Change Orders (CCOs), reviewing shop drawings, and attending construction meetings and field visits.
Construction Assistance. Construction support services will be provided on an as-needed basis through the anticipated construction window. Staff from various member of the ACE Project Team will respond to requests by the City Project Manager to address specific issues that may arise during construction. It is assumed that this effort will include the following:
(a) Respond to contractor questions
(b) Prepare design addenda
(c) Attend pre-construction meeting
(d) Review shop drawings
(e) Respond to contractor RFIs
(f) Periodic site visits*
(g) Coordinate with City Project Manager and ACE Team Members**
(h) Attend substantial completion walkthrough
(i) Prepare punch list
(j) Attend final acceptance walkthrough LETTER OF MAP REVISION (LOMR)
Construction Assistance. Consultant will perform the following services: • Attend the pre-construction meeting and prepare meeting notes. • Review shop drawings and other submittals. • Provide general engineering and construction administration support upon request of the City. • Provide technical clarification and plan revisions. • Attend one construction progress meeting along with meeting notes. • Attend substantial completion inspection, prepare a checklist, and develop punch list. • This task assumes the City will handle or delegate the preparation of contract documents, request closeout documentation from the Contractor, and provide construction observation under the direct supervision of an engineer registered in the state of Iowa. In addition, the City will lead the meetings.

f. Ensure that Contractor provide as-built drawings with mark-ups noting all changes Brooklyn Park shall do the following in a timely manner, so as not to delay the services of BMI:
1. Designate a person to act as Brooklyn Park's representative with respect to the services to be rendered under this Agreement. Such person shall have authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and interpret and define Brooklyn Park’s policies and decisions with respect to services for the Project.
2. Provide relevant information regarding requirements for the Project. BMI shall be entitled to use and rely upon all information provided by Brooklyn Park or others in performing BMI’s services under this Agreement.
3. Provide access to the site sufficient for BMI to perform its services under this Agreement.
