Trunking and Facilities. 4.2.1 Trunking will be established at the DS-1 level or DS-0 level, and facilities will be established at the DS1, DS-3/OC-3 level, or higher, as agreed upon by the Parties. All trunking will be jointly engineered to an objective P.01 grade of service.

For all 911/E911 traffic originating from Onvoy, it is the responsibility of Onvoy and the appropriate state or local public safety answering agency (PSAP) to negotiate the manner in which 911/E911 traffic from Onvoy will be processed. 4.2.3 Onvoy will not route traffic to Windstream’s local end office switches to act as a tandem on Onvoy's behalf nor will Windstream route traffic to Onvoy's local end office switches to act as a tandem on Windstream’s behalf. 4.2.4 This Agreement is applicable only to Windstream’s serving areas. Windstream will not be responsible for interconnections or contracts relating to any of Onvoy’s interconnection with any other Carrier.

Windstream is not responsible for the routing of XxXxxx’x 911 calls. 4.2.4 XxXxxx will not route traffic to Windstream’s local end office switches to act as a tandem on XxXxxx'x behalf nor will Windstream route traffic to XxXxxx'x local end office switches to act as a tandem on Windstream’s behalf. 4.2.5 This Agreement is applicable only to Windstream’s serving areas. Windstream will not be responsible for interconnections or contracts relating to any of XxXxxx’x interconnection with any other Carrier.

For all 911/E911 traffic originating from Comcast, it is the responsibility of Comcast and the appropriate state or local public safety answering agency to negotiate the manner in which 911/E911 traffic from Comcast will be processed. 4.2.3 Comcast will not route traffic to Windstream’s local end office switches to act as a tandem on Comcast's behalf nor will Windstream route traffic to Comcast's local end office switches to act as a tandem on Windstream’s behalf.

Windstream will not be responsible for interconnections or contracts relating to any of Service Electric’s interconnection with any other Carrier. 4.2.6 This Agreement is not intended to and does not affect how switched access traffic to or from an IXC (Meet-Point Billing Arrangements) is exchanged between the Parties.

For all 911/E911 traffic originating from TCG, it is the responsibility of TCG and the appropriate state or local public safety answering agency to negotiate the manner in which 911/E911 traffic from TCG will be processed. 4.2.3 TCG will not route traffic to Windstream’s local end office switches to act as a tandem on TCG's behalf nor will Windstream route traffic to TCG's local end office switches to act as a tandem on Windstream’s behalf. 4.2.4 This Agreement is applicable only to Windstream’s serving areas. Windstream will not be responsible for interconnections or contracts relating to any of TCG’s interconnection with any other Carrier.
