TSA JOB SWAP PROGRAM PROCESS. 1. Management will approve Job Swap requests for bargaining unit employees of the same position (e.g. TSO, LTSO, EMT, STI), job status (full time/part time), gender, and certifications (excluding equipment) provided the eligibility requirements of this Article are met. Management may waive any requirement not essential to the particular Job Swap request. If management denies a Job Swap request, management will provide the bargaining unit employees with the reason for the denial in writing.
