Tuition and Book Reimbursement. 10 The use of these funds will be restricted to tuition and books. Tuition will 11 be limited to 100% tuition reimbursement for no more than 18 credit hours 12 (including lab fees) per employee each fiscal year, but not for supplies or 13 other expenses in connection with the course(s) to be taken. The amount 14 of reimbursement will be equal to the actual cost, not to exceed the State 15 of Florida university system credit-hour rate for undergraduate or graduate 16 courses as applicable. The City will not duplicate tuition reimbursement 17 fees, which have been paid by other sources such as scholarships, grants 18 or other subsidies.
