TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. A. As part of the University policy to encourage staff members to further their formal education, the Tuition Assistance Program for Employees was established. Under the Tuition Assistance plan, qualified Employees will be issued vouchers which will enable them to register without paying tuition. (Incidental fees, however, must be paid by the Employee.) B. 1. Full-time Employees will be provided tuition assistance for two (2) courses or six (6) credit hours, whichever is greater, per semester for three semesters during the academic year.
