Common use of Tuition Waiver Clause in Contracts

Tuition Waiver. A member shall have the opportunity to enroll his/her children in the District’s educational program tuition-free. If possible, the student will be enrolled as an “Open Enrollment” student. The Association agrees the Board, the Administration, and Treasurer will be held harmless from an adverse Auditor of State or Court opinion on this matter.
