TWIN-STATE FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE INSURANCE PLAN. (a) Should the Twin-State Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FMLI) plan be implemented; it shall be provided to members of the Bargaining Unit at no cost to themselves. (b) Should FMLI not be implemented or be implemented and then discontinued, an Across the Board Increase of one quarter of one percent (0.25) shall be applied effective with the beginning of the first full payroll period following such decision.
