Common use of TWO HOUR MINIMUM Clause in Contracts

TWO HOUR MINIMUM. The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 308.5 shall be two hours, except that if an employee who is called out for emergency work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays continues to work into or beyond regular work hours he/she shall be paid overtime compensation only for travel time as provided in Section 308.6 and for actual work time up to regular work hours unless the provisions of Section 308.14 are applicable.
