Enabler. By written mutual agreement between the local Human Resources Advisor and the local Business Representative of Union, other call-out procedures may be developed locally. Enabler. Both the District and the Union recognize that there will arise situations with respect to employees displaced by new technologies or revisions of operational procedures; therefore, by written agreement between the District and the Union, special provisions may be substituted for the provisions of this procedure.

EUC Device Is any computing device used by an end user to access the Transport network, applications and data including but not limited to desktops, laptops, thin clients and tablets. For devices provided by Transport this includes the EUC Device Image.
