TWU, USW National Local 1944 Jurisdiction. The Company understands that jurisdiction relating to local matters is governed by the Union. The Company also agrees that, provided such jurisdiction matters do not adversely affect the legitimate business interests of the Company, the right is reserved to the Union to deal with such jurisdiction matters.
