Service Contract The Parties intend this Agreement to be a "service contract" within the meaning of Section 7701(e)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
Construction Contract If federal funds are included as part of the financing of the non-OPWC portion of the Project, federal law may prevail, including, but not limited to, application of Xxxxx Xxxxx prevailing wage rates, the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-Kickback” Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and any federal environmental regulations. Employment Contract The Company and Executive acknowledge that the terms of his employment are set forth in this Agreement. AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT DATE September, 2019 The employment contract between School District 271, Kootenai County, State of Idaho, and XXXXX XXXXXXXX for the 2019/2020 school year is hereby amended as follows: The salary to be paid this certificated employee will be changed to $24,071 placement: BA plus 22 credits on year 8.5 working 0.5 FTE for 190 days. This amendment to the contract only changes the placement and salary amount. Other items listed in the original contract remain the same.
Not Employment Contract The Employee acknowledges that this Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment, does not imply that the Company will continue his/her employment for any period of time and does not change the at-will nature of his/her employment.
No Employment Contract Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon the Optionee any right with respect to continuance of employment by the Company, nor limit or affect in any manner the right of the Company to terminate the employment or adjust the compensation of the Optionee.
Collective Bargaining Agreements This chapter shall be superseded by a collective bargaining agreement that expressly so provides.
