Common use of Ukončení Clause in Contracts

Ukončení. A. This Agreement may be terminated by either Party immediately upon prior written notice to the other Party if any of the following conditions occur: (i) the authorization and approval to perform the Study in the United States is withdrawn by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration; or (ii) DSI terminates the Study.
