Unauthorised access to SingTel’s Underground Plant. 5.6.1 Where SingTel approves the order, after having identified that the Requesting Licensee has accessed its Lead-in Duct and Lead-in Manhole (where applicable) without having obtained approval in accordance with Schedule 5A of this RIO Agreement, the Requesting Licensee must pay, within ten (10) Business Days from the date of approval, SingTel’s reasonable costs incurred in the investigation of the unauthorised access, and the Charges in arrears calculated from the date of access (including the date of deemed access).

  • Prohibition Against Selecting and Installing Products Containing Hazardous Materials The Contractor shall not select, install or otherwise incorporate any products or materials containing Hazardous Materials within the boundaries of the Site. Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.
