Unauthorized Services; Emergent Events. In the event EN provides Services that are required by Prudent Utility Practice (e.g. to prevent an Emergent Event) but are not part of Operating the Project, EN shall perform such Services and, if performing such Services materially increases EN’s costs to provide Services, shall invoice EWEB for EN’s additional costs, in accordance with Exhibit C, invoice shall include a justification for the incurred costs; provided, that EN shall promptly notify EWEB prior to incurring such costs so that EWEB shall have the ability to explore alternatives that will not cause EN to incur additional costs.
