You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Biond Financial content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Biond Financial and the copyright owner. Illegal Activities Seller shall not engage in any conduct or activity that could subject its assets to forfeiture or seizure.
Permitted and Prohibited Uses 1.1. The Data may only be used for linguistic education and research, including but not limited to information retrieval, document understanding, machine translation or speech recognition.
LOBBYING PROHIBITED Federal funds shall not be used by Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to support or defeat legislation pending before federal, state or local government. Federal funds shall not be used by Contractor to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a Member of Congress, and officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the award of any Federal contract.
Possession of Alcohol and Illegal Drugs Employees may not use or possess alcohol while on duty, except when authorized by the institution’s policy. The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
Smoking Prohibited As a public school, the School shall prohibit the use of tobacco at its school or at School functions.
Illegal Activity No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity.
Prohibition on Unauthorized Use or Disclosure The Business Associate will neither use nor disclose the Covered Entity’s Protected Health Information, except as permitted or required by this Addendum or in writing by the Covered Entity or as Required by Law. This Agreement does not authorize the Business Associate to use or disclose the Covered Entity’s Protected Health Information in a manner that will violate Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164 if done by the Covered Entity.
Political Activity Prohibited a. None of the funds, materials, property or services provided directly or indirectly under this contract shall be used for partisan political activity.
