SMOKING PROHIBITED. The property is a no smoking unit. Smoking includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, pipes, cigars and any other form of inhaled substance. PERSONAL PROPERTY LOSS: Guests are solely responsible for personal property left in or about the Property. Violation of the "No Smoking" stipulation is grounds for immediate removal without refund. If evidence or odor of smoking is present following guest departure guest will be billed a minimum of $3000 and all expenses incurred in removing such evidence or odors. SMOKING PROHIBITED. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Village Hall, on the 2nd floor south emergency exit balcony, first floor east exterior stage access, or within 10 feet of the building on all sides.
