Use of Accounts. Each of the Corporation and Canaccord Genuity hereby represents to the Subscription Receipt Agent that any account to be opened by, or interest to be held by, the Subscription Receipt Agent in connection with this Agreement, for or to the credit of such party other than the Receiptholders, either (i) is not intended to be used by or on behalf of any third party; or (ii) is intended to be used by or on behalf of a third party, in which case such party hereto agrees to complete and execute forthwith a declaration in the Subscription Receipt Agent’s prescribed form as to the particulars of such third party.
Use of Accounts. The Account and related services are strictly only for personal use by the Accountholder and shall not be used for any business or commercial purposes whatsoever.
Use of Accounts. 4.1. No free trial Accounts are permitted.
4.2. The first User to access the Account will be designated the legal contact of the Customer and accepts the terms of this Agreement on behalf of the Customer (the “Superuser”). Subsequently, the Super User may from time to time receive notifications regarding planned changes to this Agreement and will be responsible for accepting or rejecting such changes on behalf of the Customer. If proposed changes are rejected Xxxxx reserves the right to disable access to the Account for all Users and is entitled to discontinue provision of the Services and use of the Platform.
4.3. A Super User can invite other Users into the Platform and grant them access to the Account or transfer the Super User role to a new designated Super User.
4.4. Veset shall only provide Users with the access to the Platform and Services upon the Customer completing the relevant registration process which includes acceptance of [the terms of this Agreement.
4.5. The Account(s) may only be used by employees, agents and subcontractors of the Customer and the Customer shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that no unauthorised person accesses its Account(s). The Customer shall be liable for any breach of this Agreement by any User.
4.6. The Customer and Users shall maintain reasonable security measures (as may change over time) covering, without limitation, confidentiality, authenticity and integrity to ensure that the access to the Platform and Services granted under this Agreement is limited as set out under this Agreement. In particular the Customer and Users shall treat any identification, password or username or other security device for use of the Platform and Services (“Credentials”) with due diligence and care and take all necessary steps to ensure that they are kept confidential, secure and are used properly and are not disclosed to unauthorised persons. Any breach of the above shall be immediately notified to Veset in writing.
4.7. Except where Veset has actual notice of loss, theft or unauthorised use of the Customer’s Credentials, the Customer is responsible for all activity occurring in its Account(s).
4.8. Veset shall have the right, without further enquiry, to rely on the provision of Customer’s Credentials as sufficient to authenticate Customer’s use of the Account.

Use of Accounts. Certain pages on the Site or the access to the Services and/or your Account may be accessed only by use of a Personal Identification Number ("PIN") or password. You are solely responsible for all uses of the Site and/or the Services and/or your Account with your PIN or password. You should change your PIN or password once each month. If your Services or Accounts are fraudulently used, you agree to immediately notify us of such unauthorized use. We have the right to interrupt, restrict or terminate Services to your Account, without notice to you, if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. You agree to cooperate with us in any fraud investigation and to use any fraud prevention measures we prescribe.
Use of Accounts. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Loan Documents, the Administrative Agent hereby grants the power of attorney to and authorises the Assignor to collect any Accounts and apply any proceeds freely in the course of its business acting with the standard of care of a prudent merchant for as long as no Event of Default has occurred.
