Unauthorized Workers. Club hereby promises and agrees to comply with all the provisions of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C.A. Sections 1101, et seq., as amended, and in connection therewith, shall not employ “unauthorized aliens” as that term is defined in 8 U.S.C.A. Section 1324a(h)(3). Should Club so employ such individuals for the performance of any work in relation to this Agreement, and should any liability or sanctions be imposed against District for such employment, Club shall reimburse District for the cost of all such liabilities or sanctions imposed, together with any and all costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by District.
Unauthorized Workers. By entering into this Agreement, Consultant hereby certifies that, at the time of this certification, it does not knowingly employ or contract with unauthorized persons who will perform work under the Agreement and that Consultant will participate in either the E-Verify Program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration or the Department Program administered by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment in order to confirm the employment eligibility of allemployees who are newly hired for employment to perform work under the Agreement

Should Contractor so employ such individuals for the performance of any work and/or services covered by the Contract, and should any liability or sanctions be imposed against CVUSD for such employment, Contractor hereby agrees to and shall reimburse CVUSD for the cost of all such liabilities or sanctions imposed, together with any and all costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by CVUSD.
Unauthorized Workers. In connection with this Lease, Xxxxxx promises and agrees to comply with all the provisions of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C.A. Sections 1101, et seq., as amended, and any and all other applicable laws regarding work authorization. Should Tenant employ any unauthorized individuals for the performance of any work at the Leased Premises, and should any liability or sanctions be imposed against Landlord for such employment, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for the cost of all such liabilities or sanctions imposed, together with any and all costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by Landlord.
