Unavoidable Delay; Extension of Time. Neither Party hereunder shall be deemed to be in default, and performance shall be excused, where delays or defaults are caused by war, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, insurrection, strikes, walkouts, riots, floods, earthquakes, fires, casualties, third-party lawsuits, or acts of God. If written notice of any such delay is given to one Party within thirty (30) calendar days after the commencement thereof, an automatic extension of time, unless otherwise objected to by the Party receiving the notice within thirty (30) calendar days of such written notice, shall be granted coextensive with the period of the enforced delay, or longer as may be required by circumstances or as may be subsequently agreed to between City and Master Developer.
